Amol Ashok Sahasrabudhe is a portfolio construction and investment risk management specialist with several years of experience building asset management products in the multi-portfolio and multi-strategy space. His knowledge spans asset classes, including equities, macro, credit, and quantitative strategies. He co-founded the AllianceBernstein AB Arya Partners fund and was the SBU's, Chief Risk Officer. Amol Sahasrabudhe has over 22 years of experience in foundations, pensions, and private wealth management, building financial portfolios, developing investment products, and maintaining strong investor relationships. Sahasrabudhe has also been heavily involved in manager selection, allocation, asset management technology development, and operations management.
Sahasrabudhe possesses several degrees and certificates, which he combines with real-world experience and high-level investment acumen. When Sahasrabudhe first joined A.B., he was Chief Risk Officer for the AB Arya Partners Group. He developed multi-year risk strategies for Arya Partners and other Arya strategies and technology to measure performance. Sahasrabudhe reduced the firm's internal and external risk by establishing recruitment protocols, defining investment strategy mandates, and developing talent.
Sahasrabudhe directed Arya's development of complex strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risks. He created frameworks to evaluate qualitative and quantitative inputs to make the best investment recommendations.
Sahasrabudhe previously worked in this capacity at Visium Asset Management, where he helped grow equity funds into billions of dollars. Sahasrabudhe also developed investment strategies, assisted in integrating risk management protocols into portfolios, and established internal processes to streamline and improve operations at Visium. His additional duties included guiding investments toward alpha and developing analytical strategies to measure alpha decay.
Sahasrabudhe has also worked at Goldman Sachs, Sandell Asset Management, Caxton Associates, and Hapoalim Securities USA, managing portfolio construction and risk.

Women form a sisterhood in this program's Leadership Academies, empowering them to move beyond social expectations and pressures to build a life they shape.
Pratham was founded in 1994 to address the cycle of unending poverty in Mumbai's poorest neighborhoods. This program began with establishing preschools that provided a remedial curriculum for struggling primary school students. Pratham created the Annual Status of Education Report, which has become a tool for education programs and citizens in their efforts to reform education.
The Akshaya Patra Foundation, based in Bengaluru, aims to eradicate hunger in various Indian populations. They provide a mid-day meal program to children in classrooms. This non-mid-day profit meal program has grown to feed over 2 million children across India. This organization also has breakfast programs and meals for new and expecting mothers, children, and homeless women without families.
Amol Ashok Sahasrabudhe Outside of the investment world, Sahasrabudhe has a variety of interests. He participates in cricket as both a player and a team organizer. Sahasrabudhe is a member of Masters USA, a U.S. team that competes in high-level over-50 cricket tournaments such as the Cricket World Cup. Sahasrabudhe is assembling a couple from New Jersey to compete in over 50 Master regional tournaments. Sahasrabudhe enjoys tennis, and his son participates in the sport. Amol Sahasrabudhe also sings. His preference is for Bollywood music.
